Mental wealth. On the fairway.

Make room for
clearer thinking.

Guided golf conversations for the decisions, pressures and possibilities you carry beyond the course.

Start with an 8×6 reflection assessment, or bring a question that deserves your attention. Shape the experience around what you need.

For golfers, leaders and people navigating change.

The conversation is the starting point

A good round can leave you
with more than a score.

You can keep meeting your responsibilities while your attention, recovery or relationships need care. Caddie Conversations creates space to notice what matters and think it through.

A Conversation Guide joins an agreed golf format. At natural pauses, useful questions help turn a broad concern into a practical next step. You choose how much to share.

One round. Your priorities.

A flexible engagement, at a pace agreed with you.

  1. 01

    Before the round

Agree your purpose, your starting route and the people involved. Confirm the guide, club arrangements and scope.

  2. 02

    Along the fairway

Play. Pause. Think together. Prompts fit between shots, with room for quiet and respect for the pace of play.

  3. 03

    Beyond the 19th hole

Leave with your own action plan: a priority, a practical change, a source of support and a review point you choose.

Two ways to begin

Start where
you are.

You do not need a perfect explanation of the problem. And if you already know your question, you can bring it directly.

01 / Understand your needs

Begin with the 8×6

A guided self-reflection across eight dimensions of life and six everyday behaviours. Use the patterns you notice to choose the focus of your conversation.

Physical
Emotional
Social
Intellectual
Spiritual
Occupational
Financial
Environmental

8 dimensions × 6 behaviours

What are the six behaviours?

Sleep and rest, nutrition, movement, focus, connection and reflection. The facilitator helps relate these habits to the parts of life that need attention.

The assessment is arranged with the team. It is voluntary self-reflection, not a clinical diagnosis or an employee performance rating.

Arrange an assessment-led conversation

02 / Work on a real question

Think it through

Bring a decision, a recurring obstacle or a concern about focus and cognitive performance. A structured conversation helps you examine assumptions, constraints and possible actions.

A taste of the conversation

“What decision keeps returning to you?”

Separate what you know from what you are assuming. What information would change your choice?

Example prompts · no answers are collected here

Drawing on the Innovation Studio’s strategic questioning and Red Sea reflection, explore what is getting in the way—and a small, workable step to test.

Questions support thinking. They do not measure brain function or promise cognitive improvement.

Bring a question to the round

A conversation with a purpose

What would make this
round useful for you?

Choose one area to begin. Personal habits, relationships and the conditions around you can all be part of the conversation.

01

Energy & recovery

What are you asking of yourself—and what helps you recover?

02

Focus & decisions

Which decision needs your best thinking right now?

03

Pressure & perspective

Where could a different response create room to move?

04

Connection & support

Who can you think honestly with, beyond your usual roles?

05

Money & responsibility

What financial pressure needs a clearer plan or qualified advice?

06

Family business & legacy

What needs to work well even when you are not in the room?

For founders, farmers, mining-sector leaders and the next generation, a round can also open a conversation about responsibility, succession and continuity. Specialist advice is separately agreed.

A personal experience. A shared opportunity.

Make the right
arrangement.

Join for yourself, bring a private group, or create a relevant experience for the people you serve.

01

For you or your group

Enquire on your own or for a private group of up to four. Share the setting with people you choose, and keep your personal plan.

02

For employers & leadership teams

Support a relevant leadership need with a scoped engagement. Agree purpose, funding and non-identifying reporting. Individual assessment answers and private reflections stay out of employer reports.

Discuss a team engagement
03

For clubs, associations & event hosts

Build a conversation experience around a club day, member gathering or sector concern. Agree the format, guide access, pace of play and responsibilities with the host.

04

For sponsors & delivery partners

Fund access or contribute relevant expertise. Sponsorship scope, visibility and evidence are agreed in writing. Specialist partners work within confirmed qualifications and capacity; referrals require participant permission.

Clear scope. Deliberate next steps.

One useful beginning.
Room to continue.

There is no compulsory 12-week commitment. Begin with a private booking or a scoped group experience. Continue with further conversations, a chosen practice or an appropriate specialist only when it fits your needs.

The quotation covers preparation and facilitation. Golf, venue, hospitality and travel costs are identified and agreed separately. A 9- or 18-hole format, dates, guide availability and club access are confirmed before booking.

For someone who will not be playing, ask about a separate reflection arrangement. An enquiry is the start of a discussion, not a confirmed booking.

Know what to expect

Good questions,
before you begin.

Is this therapy or golf coaching?

Caddie Conversations is guided reflection and practical planning in a golf setting. It is not a clinical service or swing instruction. A Conversation Guide’s role and relevant experience are confirmed in your proposal. Where other support is appropriate, a separate referral can be discussed.

Do I have to take the assessment?

No. Choose the 8×6 route if you want help identifying your starting point. If you already have a decision or question, begin with a focused conversation. You do not need to submit assessment answers to make an enquiry.

How private is the conversation?

You choose your level of disclosure. Personal plans and assessment responses are separate from sponsor and employer reporting. A shared round is not a fully private room: agree boundaries with your group and take sensitive matters into an appropriate private setting. Photos and public stories need separate permission.

Where and when can we take part?

Tell us your preferred location, dates and group size. The team will discuss a suitable arrangement with you and the host club. No tour schedule or named venue is confirmed on this website.

What will I take away?

Your own practical plan: the priority you want to work on, one action or recovery practice, a relationship or support route to strengthen, and a review point. The purpose is a useful next step; results depend on your circumstances and follow-through.

Can a sponsor fund participation?

Yes, a sponsored arrangement can be proposed under a separate agreement. Funding and agreed visibility do not give sponsors access to individual assessment information, private discussions or participant contact lists.

Your next step

What would you like
to think through?
