A shareable brief for organisers and approvers

Caddie Conversations

Guided golf conversations that connect a real need with a practical next step.

A Pamumvuri PVO initiative in Zimbabwe, coordinated by Tapiwa Chinyadza. Suitable for private groups, leadership teams, clubs, associations and sponsored member experiences. This is an enquiry brief, not a quotation or confirmed event.

The experience

Agree a purpose and starting route: an 8×6 reflection assessment to identify needs, or a focused cognitive-performance conversation around a live question. A Conversation Guide joins an agreed golf format, uses voluntary prompts at natural pauses and closes with participant-owned next steps.

A private booking may accommodate up to four participants. Larger hosted experiences need their own delivery scope. Nine or eighteen holes, guide arrangements, dates and club access are agreed before booking. There is no compulsory twelve-week programme.

For the internal conversation

Leaders: name the decision, pressure or transition that makes this useful. People teams: agree voluntary participation and boundaries. Finance: confirm the payer and itemised quote. Hosts: confirm course arrangements and responsibilities. Sponsors: fund a defined experience without access to private participant information.

What counts as evidence

Track agreed participation, useful next steps and follow-through. Any later outcome claim needs its own evidence. Attendance, a form submission or a photograph does not establish improved cognition, wellbeing or business performance.
