Your website enquiry

Pamumvuri PVO coordinates Caddie Conversations through Tapiwa Chinyadza. The form collects your name, email, selected audience and starting route. You may add a location, WhatsApp number and a short practical message. These details are used to respond, clarify your requirements and discuss a proposal. You are not added to a marketing list.

Please do not send assessment answers, medical records, financial account details or confidential business documents through the enquiry form. The website does not collect or score your 8×6 assessment.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are visible through a restricted inbox for the site owner. The hosting infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; processing may take place outside Zimbabwe. No enquiry information is displayed publicly or provided to sponsors or employers.

The inbox makes enquiries available for 90 days from submission. Older records are excluded from access and removed on the next enquiry submission or inbox review. Information needed for an agreed booking may be retained separately under the terms provided for that arrangement. Contact Tapiwa if you want to correct or delete an enquiry, or withdraw permission for further contact.

Security and website data

The form uses validation, a spam-trap field and a daily request limit. A temporary hash of network information is used for abuse prevention and removed after two days of activity. The form records the stated referral source, if present in the link, to help understand how enquiries arrive. Please do not put personal information in referral links.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. The hosting platform may process technical request information for security and service operation. Restricted staff sign-in uses the platform’s authentication. We do not promise absolute security.

Email and WhatsApp

These links open your email or WhatsApp application; a message is sent only when you send it. Their providers process data under their own policies. The website cannot confirm delivery of a message sent through those services.

During a round

Participation and disclosure are voluntary. Agree boundaries with your guide and fellow participants. A golf course or shared group is not a completely private setting. Sensitive matters may need a separate private conversation with an appropriate professional.

Personal plans, assessment responses and private reflections are separate from employer or sponsor reporting. Any shared participation figures or themes must avoid identifying individuals, particularly in small groups. Photos, attributed stories and referrals require separate permission. Confidentiality arrangements and any safety or legal exceptions are explained before delivery.

Scope of the experience

Caddie Conversations offers reflection and practical planning, not diagnosis, emergency support, therapy or golf instruction. Assessment-led conversations use a voluntary reflection framework, not a validated clinical diagnostic claim. Specialist services are separately scoped with suitable practitioners. This enquiry inbox is not monitored for urgent support.
